As an IBC reservations guest, you are in complete control of your travel-planning needs. This includes controlling the use of information you provide. The bottom line is that we respect and will continue IBC respect of privacy of our customers and guests who use the IBC reservations system and are members of the IBC VIP Travel Club.
Personal Information
In using the online booking engine on IBC hotels you provide your name, telephone number, and email address. This information is collected for several reasons including: (i) personal identification; (ii) to complete hotel reservations; and (iii) to allow the hotels to contact you for customer service, if necessary. In addition, your email address is collected to send you an email message confirming each reservation you transact online. You will occasionally receive updates about sales in your area, special offers, new services, and other noteworthy news items.
Online Surveys
IBC hotels values opinions and comments from guest and VIP travel Club members, so we often conduct online surveys after a scheduled guest IBC hotel visit. These surveys are entirely optional for all members. Survey participants are anonymous.
When you make your hotel reservation through IBC hotels, we provide information about you to the hotel to ensure the successful fulfillment of your travel arrangements. IBC hotels, and IBC VIP Travel Club reserves the right to limit membership to those who will accept emails.
All personally identifiable information you provide to IBC hotels is transmitted using a proven coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before you send it to us.
IBC hotels contains links to other travel websites. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you are entering another website for which IBC assumes no responsibility. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of all such sites as their policies may be materially different. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and any account information. Please be very careful, responsible, and alert with this information, especially whenever you are online.

The content and information on this Website (including, but not limited to, price and availability of travel services), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to us, our suppliers and/or our providers. While you may make limited copies of your travel itinerary (and related documents) for travel or services booked through this Website, you agree not to otherwise modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through this Website. Additionally, you agree not to: (i) use this Website or its contents for any commercial purpose; (ii) make any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand/supply; (iii) access, monitor or copy any content or information of this Website using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express written permission; (iv) violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on this Website or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to this Website; (v) take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (vi) deep-link to any portion of this Website (including, without limitation, the purchase path for any travel services) for any purpose without our express written permission; or (vii) “frame”, “mirror” or otherwise incorporate any part of this Website into any other website without our prior written authorization. If your booking or account shows signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity, IBC may cancel any bookings associated with your name, email address or account, and close any associated IBC accounts. Additional terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. Please read these additional terms and conditions carefully. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier’s rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of reservations, products, or services. Hotels may change their prices without notice. We/Hotels reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received in a timely fashion. Some hotel suppliers may require you to present a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover additional expenses incurred during your stay. Such deposit is unrelated to any payment received by IBC Hotels for your hotel booking. You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier’s rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
IBC Hotels LLC believes in protecting your privacy. Please review our current Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Website, to understand our practices.
The agent only collects, processes and uses the customer’s personal data to the extent that the customer consents to this or a legal provision permits the collection, processing and use of the data. The agent only collects, processes and uses data that is required for the provision of its services and the use and operation of the online portal and/or the services offered on the online portal.
Under no circumstances does the agent sell the data to third parties. Data is only transferred to third parties to the extent required for bookings/reservations with the provider chosen by the customer. This expressly includes any transfer to affiliates of the agent for the purposes of executing the booking.
The General Data Protection Regulation includes better control of processing personal data of EU citizens. At the same time it will allow businesses to reduce administrative burden and boosts consumer confidence in order to make better use of the Digital Single Market within the EU.

a. IBC Hotels complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries transferred to the United States pursuant to Privacy Shield. IBC Hotels LLC has certified that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles with respect to such data. If there is any conflict between the policies in this privacy policy and data subject rights under the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. b. In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, IBC Hotels commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information transferred to the United States pursuant to Privacy Shield. European Union individuals with Privacy Shield inquires or complaints should first contact IBC Hotels at jeff@ibchotels.com.
c. IBC Hotels has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the Privacy Shield Principles to an independent dispute resolution mechanism, operated by the Council of Better Business Bureaus. If you do not receive timely acknowledgement of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed, please contact IBC hotels for information and to file a complaint. This service is provided free of charge to you.
d. If your Privacy Shield complaint cannot be resolved through the above channels, under certain conditions, you may invoke binding arbitration for some residual claims not resolved by other redress mechanisms.
e. IBC Hotels collects the name, phone number and email address of the guest for order fulfillment, hotel stay, and internal research. Any guest or user may access, correct and/or delete their specified above collected data. If user/guest requires assistance in the removal of personal data or wishes to submit any inquiry or complaint, please email: jeff@ibchotels.com for the removal or adjustment of the specified above data. Guest data must be collected upon for hotelier confirmation and minimum amount of data including name, email address and phone number must be collected. After guest has checked out of their reservation, they may request removal of their personal data which was collected through IBC Hotels.
f. IBC Hotels may be required to disclose an individual's personal information in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. In the context of an onward transfer IBC Hotels has responsibility for the processing of personal information it receives under the Privacy Shield and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Arbitral decisions will be binding on all parties to the arbitration. Once invoked, the individual forgoes the option to seek relief for the same claimed violation in another forum.
g. IBC Hotels is capable of being subject to investigation and enforcement via The Federal Trade Commission who has jurisdiction over IBC Hotels compliance with the Privacy Shield and/or The Department of Transportation who as well has jurisdiction over IBC Hotels compliance with the Privacy Shield.
In general your IBC reservations are "no obligation" reservation at 4PM or 6PM local time day of arrival unless you arrange direct with your hotel for late arrival. You may cancel or change your prepaid hotel reservation, but you may be charged the cancellation or change fee indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. If you do not cancel or change your reservation before the cancellation policy period applicable to the hotel you reserved, which varies by hotel prior to your date of arrival, you may be subject to a charge equal to applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges and service fees. In the event you do not show for the first night of the reservation and plan to check-in for subsequent nights in your reservation, you must confirm the reservation changes direct with your hotel no later than the date of the first night of your reservation to prevent cancellation of your reservation.
You are responsible for ensuring that you meet foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents, such as passports and visas (transit, business, tourist, and otherwise), are in order and any other foreign entry requirements are met. IBC has no special knowledge regarding foreign entry requirements or travel documents. We urge guests to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the relevant governments prior to booking travel to international destinations.
Passport and Visa: You must consult the relevant Embassy or Consulate for this information. Requirements may change, and you should check for up-to-date information before booking and departure. IBC accepts no liability if you are refused entry onto a flight or into any country due to your failure to carry the correct and adequate passport, visa, or other travel documents required by any airline, authority, or country, including countries you may just be transiting through. This includes all stops made by the aircraft, even if you do not leave the aircraft or airport
Health: Recommended inoculations for travel may change and you should consult your doctor for current recommendations before you depart. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all health entry requirements, obtain the recommended inoculations, take all recommended medication, and all medical advice in relation to your trip.
